FOOD PREPARATION AND NUTRITION

Our Year 9 students had fun making home made pasta and turning in tagliatelle or ravioli – they were challenged to use a starch based sauce and were able to use our newly purchased coloured pasta powders which gave amazing results. 

Our Year 11 students revisited pasta making and excelled with their range of dishes including pasta made with squid ink.
