Yesterday our Year 9 Health and Social Care students carried out various procedures normally done at a local GP surgery. Students took on the role as both the patient and the GP measuring and recording physical indicators such as blood pressure, peak flow, blood oxygen levels, heart rate as well as taking blood from a phlebotomy arm.
