This week our 68 Year 9 Food Students have continued with the topic of Secondary Processing and had a go at making a soft cheese, using full fat milk, lemon juice and seasoning.
They then set about making a Lemon Cheesecake with either gelatine or a lemon jelly. Students could bring in fruit to decorate their desserts, if they wished.
