Our year 10 Hospitality and Catering students have taken part in their first free choice practical lesson.

Students were set the task of researching a recipe suitable for a teenager, producing a time plan and presenting a restaurant quality dish in one hour. Well done year 10. Some fantastic results. We are looking forward to a dessert challenge soon.
